Your lab sets acceptance and rejection criteria. A broken temperature range or an exceeded stability window is a rejection.

What labs ask before they switch

How fast can you pick up a STAT run?
Response windows are quoted per address pair rather than published as one number, because a Midtown to White Plains run is not the same job as a run between two Brooklyn addresses. Call dispatch with both addresses for a window you can hold us to.
Will you sign our business associate agreement?
Yes. A courier handling protected health information is generally a business associate under HIPAA, so we sign your BAA and train every courier on PHI in transit annually.
Can you issue a certificate of insurance to our facility?
The certificate of insurance is issued directly to your facility, named to your entity, and a renewal copy is sent before it lapses.
Do you run north of the city, into Westchester and beyond?
Yes. Westchester, Rockland and Putnam Counties are standard coverage, not a special request. Coverage spans New York City, Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island, and those three Hudson Valley counties.
What temperature ranges can you carry?
Ambient and refrigerated 2 to 8 degrees Celsius are standard. Frozen and dry-ice transport are available on confirmation. The reading is logged for the run and reported with the manifest.
Do you offer scheduled daily routes as well as on-call runs?
Yes. Recurring pickups run in a fixed daily window on the days you choose, with the same courier on your route wherever possible.
